Job summary

HelloFresh seeks a senior operator to stand up a global creator program and grow a community of brand ambassadors for HelloFresh and Factor. You will partner with leadership across Berlin and New York, manage multimillion-euro creator budgets, and drive content at scale for organic and paid channels.

You will own the program’s strategy, activation, and global rollout, while ensuring unit economics and performance data guide all decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community or affiliate marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in managing teams.
• Built and scaled a creator, ambassador or affiliate program before.
• Community instinct and understanding of creator motivation.

Responsibilities

• Design program strategy and commercial model, including commissions, rewards and tiers.
• Manage creator activation, onboarding, coaching and training for content that converts.
• Oversee paid amplification by turning top organic content into performing ads.
• Lead global rollout by adapting incentives for markets and reporting progress to leadership.
• Direct program platforms, tooling and outsourced support to scale to thousands of creators.
