Qualifications

• 8+ years in studio production, prepress, or related field, pharma/healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; able to guide global teams.
• Deep prepress and print-production expertise with attention to packaging and regulatory needs.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and PowerPoint; Figma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4+ global designers with clear quality and utilization standards.
• Oversee daily studio workflow, resources, assignments, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as day-to-day prepress specialist for production-ready mechanicals and final files across brands.
• Conduct comprehensive quality checks for bleeds, trims, safety, dielines, fonts, colors, and packaging.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines, regulatory expectations, and vendor specs; review proofs and resolve production risks.
• Partner with Creative, Account, PM, Operations, and Production to forecast workload and improve flow.
• Primary point of contact for overflow production and coordination with external vendors.
• Develop and maintain studio processes, templates, and archival standards to boost efficiency and reduce rework.
• Monitor budgets and vendor costs; identify opportunities to scale studio capabilities as needed.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across IHCG and scale production quality.
