Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized medical and scientific communications practice within IQVIA Health Communications Group.
• Drive growth through client retention, organic expansion, and new business development.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and engage in strategic engagements.
• Develop growth plans and pursue opportunities across existing client relationships.
• Lead new-business efforts with internal cross-functional teams.
• Link medical/scientific offerings with data, analytics, and technology-enabled delivery.
• Create a unified market proposition reflecting breadth of capabilities.
• Establish disciplined planning, forecasting, and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Align staffing and capacity with projected client demand.
• Support workflow improvements for high-quality delivery across teams/locations.
• Promote technology-enabled tools and efficient, insight-informed ways of working.
