The role partners with finance, legal, and regional teams to drive cost savings, ensure compliance, and optimize property strategies worldwide. The position requires extensive experience in strategic sourcing and real estate, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate complex transactions across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing with 3+ years Global Real Estate experience.
• Certification: CPSM or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint; SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, implementation, and governance of sourcing strategies for Global Real Estate categories.
• Coordinate with regional sourcing groups to align requirements and support needs.
• Analyze cost drivers and service processes to optimize value for Kennametal.
• Manage sourcing activities for Corporate Real Estate including leases, renewals, and related agreements.
