• CPSM certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and governance of sourcing strategies for Global Real Estate.
• Coordinate with regional sourcing groups to understand local requirements.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, subleases, and other real estate contracts.
• Oversee 120+ site portfolio including lease administration and transactions.
• Partner with business units, finance, legal, and regional teams.
• Execute real estate transactions with external service providers.
• Develop standardized processes, tools, and governance for sourcing and compliance.
• Support capital planning and executive presentations.
• Track KPI like cost savings and supplier performance.
• Develop CRE policies aligning with EHS and Security.
• Provide consulting on real estate strategy and space planning.
• Act as corporate credit card administrator for T&E and P-card.
