Job summary

RTX seeks an International Country Manager within Life Cycle Engineering to support the International Program Manager and liaise with the US Government International Program Office. You will drive country-specific tasks, sustainment activities, and act as the voice of the customer to align technical, programmatic, and business objectives.

Role requires a university degree (or advanced degree) with extensive experience, familiarity with ITAR, program management, and contract oversight.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with customer or supplier relationship management.
• Active and transferrable final U.S. government security clearance is required; US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal point of contact with the international community, including US Government International Program Office.
• Generate new business for post-production support and ancillary services.
• Coordinate activities from Product Line organizations in support of country requests.
• Prepare and facilitate PMRs and annual Working Group/User Review events.
• Independently manage deadlines, priorities, and cultural sensitivities of USG and International Customers.
• Oversee International Foreign Military and Direct Commercial Sales Sustainment activities.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
