Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty seeks a Senior Manager, Packaging Compliance and Sustainability to lead regulatory intelligence for global packaging requirements.

You will translate complex rules into actionable guidelines, drive supplier expectations, and shape how compliance integrates into packaging development, sourcing, and commercialization. The role collaborates across Legal, Sourcing, Sustainability, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring global packaging regulations and translating into actionable requirements.
• Ability to lead compliance programs, policies, and controls across functions.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on global packaging regulatory requirements and emerging risks.
• Translate regulations into clear compliance requirements for packaging.
• Lead interpretation of deadlines, evidence, and obligations.
• Develop packaging compliance policies, procedures, and training.
• Embed compliance checkpoints into packaging development, sourcing, and commercialization processes.
• Maintain regulatory roadmaps and trackers for emerging requirements.
