You will monitor travel spend, negotiate with vendors, enforce policy compliance, and provide proactive traveler support, aiming to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate travel coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics and regulations.
• Proven ability to handle executive travel with discretion.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport) and oversee reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate multi-stop international itineraries and leadership travel with discretion and efficiency.
• Monitor travel budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate with vendors while ensuring policy compliance.
• Provide proactive traveler support before, during, and after trips to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain travel records and coordinate with Finance, HR, and Executive Support to align needs with objectives.
