• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport and ancillary services.
• Provide proactive, high-touch service to corporate travelers, executives and travel arrangers.
• Ensure bookings comply with client policies and negotiated rates.
• Handle changes, cancellations and disruptions, including after-hours requests.
• Monitor itineraries and provide real-time support for delays or emergencies.
• Document all transactions and communications in the designated systems.
