Job summary

HRCap, Inc. seeks an analytical Project Manager for its corporate strategy division, based in Irvine, CA or New York, NY.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, portfolio planning, and executive operations, translating macro-visions into structured roadmaps and optimized processes. You will work with finance, marketing, legal, product, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time execution, translate targets into milestones and KPIs, and support market analysis and business development efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or related area.
• Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) mandatory.
• 3–5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or specialized project management in a global enterprise.
• Mastery of project management tools (Jira/Asana/Monday.com/Notion) with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal, narrative writing, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across finance, marketing, legal, product, and supply chain to ensure on-time execution.
• Translate high-level targets into structured roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Conduct market research and financial feasibility assessments for new ventures or investments.
• Synthesize data into executive-ready presentations and rolling performance metrics for leadership.
• Write, translate, and align strategic blueprints between English and Korean for global coordination.
• Coordinate governance audits and budget tracking across business units.
