Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate - Americas to lead regional real estate strategy, portfolio management, and major workplace transformation initiatives across the Americas.

Reporting to the US-based Global Head of Real Estate, you will oversee office, manufacturing, R&D facilities, and warehouses, manage complex transactions, and partner with Cushman & Wakefield to deliver cost efficiencies while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of CRE experience in multinational manufacturing or industrial settings.
Preferred MBA or Real Estate/Finance related degrees.

Responsibilities

Develop the Americas real estate strategy aligned with global direction and business objectives.
Manage regional portfolio across offices, manufacturing, R&D centers, labs, warehouses and other locations.
Lead complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, leases, renewals, expansions and dispositions.
Drive workplace transformation, portfolio optimization and cost efficiency initiatives.
Provide governance, risk management and regulatory compliance for the portfolio.
Coordinate with Cushman & Wakefield and other partners to ensure service quality and delivery.
Partner with senior leaders and translate business needs into practical real estate solutions.
