SpaceXSI is seeking a talented corporate paralegal to support our corporate in-house legal department. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to the legal team, with entity management, governance, and overall legal operations in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Responsibilities include forming and maintaining entities, drafting board consents, managing records, tracking filings, supporting M&A, and driving process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with sound judgment under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team-first, mission-driven with proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; tech-savvy and curious about AI-related tech.
• Notary registration or interest in certification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist with forming and maintaining entities, including international subsidiaries and regulatory filings.
• Draft board consents and assist in preparing board meeting minutes and materials.
• Manage corporate records and file management.
• Track filings and compliance deadlines.
• Support in M&A transactions and post-closing integration.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline legal operations and implement tech tools; drive efficiencies.
• Be a team player and assist in other legal department needs as required.
