• Support scheduling board and shareholder meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes and written resolutions.
• Assist Compliance team to meet regulatory requirements.
• Respond to KYC and UBO requests.
• Identify process improvements with technology.
• Assist with special projects as directed.
