Qualifications

• MBA or Advanced Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting construction/infrastructure management, semiconductor and/or components manufacturing.
• High level business acumen and P&L ownership: ability to balance programs vs. budget; problem solving and project management.
• Influencing: drive decisions across organization with financial analysis.
• Capacity for complexity: lead teams in unstructured, ambiguous environments.
• Team leadership: build organization across cultures and countries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to deliver objectives and performance metrics with insightful analysis and decision support.
• Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows including forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and financial modeling.
• Mentor employees across multiple countries and cultures; support development initiatives.
• Support contract negotiations and benchmarking to ensure world-class cost performance.
• Ensure investments align with long-term growth and profitability; funding based on milestones.
• Drive compliance for government-funded programs and capital investment management.
• Collaborate with BU stakeholders to implement systems and process enhancements to scale operations.
• Lead extended finance team to maintain rhythm and reporting.
