Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with the STM, EHS, and Core CSD teams. You will drive finance operating rhythm, build models, and deliver insights that translate investment into business value.

Qualifications

• Expert in FP&A with advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience analyzing large datasets with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong influencing and relationship skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and engineering teams.
• Clear, concise communicator who can turn complex analysis into executive memos and presentations.
• Thrives in a startup-type environment, manages ambiguity, and collaborates across functions and regions.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (such as Copilot) and automation to speed analysis.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary business partner and first point of contact for STM, EHS, and Core CSD leadership on all financial matters, tailoring support to each organization’s priorities.
• Perform insightful financial modeling, scenario planning, and portfolio prioritization across STM, EHS, and Core CSD, applying NPV and ROI analysis to STM R&D investments.
• Build business cases and value metrics that justify incremental spend, linking STM programs to revenue, royalties, and strategic impact, and EHS and Core CSD asks to regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and qualitative benefits.
