Cribl, the AI era telemetry platform, seeks a Head of Corporate Events to lead a global events team and drive end‑to‑end planning for flagship events like CriblCon, Kickoff, and President’s Club. You’ll manage a multi‑million dollar budget and collaborate with executives to align events with GTM goals.

You will own the global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year), build a strong team culture, and report on event success across attendance and pipeline impact. Remote‑first with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning and managing multi‑million dollar budgets with forecasting and cross‑functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of corporate events professionals (4–5).
• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of CriblCon, annual Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows per year) to ensure brand presence and pipeline impact.
• Oversee a multi‑million dollar events budget with Finance and VP involvement.
• Partner with executive leadership to plan high‑visibility moments and maintain executive-level pace.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships to reflect Cribl’s brand and support GTM goals.
• Define and evolve event strategy, processes, and playbooks for scale.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize budget efficiency.
• Define success metrics and report on attendance, pipeline influence, and budget performance.
• Represent events in marketing leadership discussions and handle cross‑timezone coordination.
