Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a team of 4-5 events professionals and steer Cribl’s flagship events, including CriblCon, annual Kickoff, and President’s Club. You will own the global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year) and partner with Finance on a multi-million dollar budget while aligning with executive leadership to maximize pipeline impact and brand presence.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing experience.
• 3+ years of direct team management experience.
• Experience owning multi-million dollar budgets with forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives in high-visibility, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 corporate events professionals, setting goals, coaching, and building culture.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of CriblCon, annual Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12-14 shows per year) and ensure brand presence.
• Oversee multi-million dollar events budget in partnership with Finance, including forecasting and reporting.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Sales, and Executive stakeholders to reflect Cribl’s brand and drive GTM goals.
• Define and evolve event strategy, processes, and playbooks to scale with growth.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and agencies to maximize budget efficiency.
