Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive event-management experience, including complex hosted events and trade shows.
• Experience delivering multiple overlapping programs across regions and time zones.
• Strong project, budget, venue, supplier, production and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and convert ambiguity into decisions, owners and executable plans.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship event programs and translate objectives into event strategies, experiences and execution plans.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation and program priorities to maximize business value and execution quality.
• Direct external agencies, production partners and event suppliers to reflect GF's brand and priorities.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Sales to align event strategies with enterprise priorities.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks and standards for events and drive continuous improvement.
