GlobalFoundries is seeking a Global Corporate Events Lead, Experience & Operations to translate event strategy into attendee experiences and flawless execution for the company’s highest-profile events. You will lead cross-functional teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver impactful experiences at a global scale.

You will partner with Marketing, Communications, Sales and executives to align events with enterprise priorities, manage budgets, timelines and risk, and build scalable event standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive event-management experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong project, budget, venue, supplier and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead flagship event programs across GlobalFoundries.
• Own planning and delivery of GlobalFoundries' most strategic customer, industry and executive engagement events.
• Translate business objectives into event strategies and execution plans.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
• Establish event standards, playbooks and scalable processes.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and program priorities.
• Ensure operational excellence from concept through post-event evaluation.
• Mitigate risks and maintain accountability across programs.
• Lead agency and partner performance; manage external vendors.
• Enable stakeholder success with Marketing, Sales and executives.
