1inch is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to own legal and compliance across our international group. You will advise on corporate, commercial, employment, governance and cross-border matters, working with People, Finance and Product to turn regulatory requirements into practical policies.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent) with professional qualification.
• Strong corporate, commercial and employment law in international settings.
• Experience advising HR across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Experience owning compliance frameworks: KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, sanctions.
• Strong contracting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy for international orgs.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop the group’s compliance framework including KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, sanctions and due diligence.
• Oversee risk-based compliance decisions and investigations with regulators and law enforcement.
• Monitor compliance risks, drive remediation and report to RiskCo, ExCo and Boards.
• Oversee compliance vendors, tooling and processes; promote awareness.
• Advise on corporate, commercial and cross-border matters including group structuring and international expansion.
• Provide legal guidance across jurisdictions including DIFC/UAE and coordinate external counsel.
• Support Board and shareholder matters and oversee corporate obligations.
• Act as primary legal advisor to People/HR across employment lifecycle and cross-border staffing.
• Draft, review and negotiate vendor, customer and partner agreements.
• Advise on data protection and privacy requirements across international operations; shape global policy framework.
