Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior legal counsel to join its global Corporate Legal Affairs team. You will drive the group’s legal strategy, support M&A, reorganisations, and cross-border corporate governance, and provide robust legal advice to internal stakeholders while managing external communications.

You will lead complex projects, anticipate regulatory developments, and contribute to value-driven risk management across the company in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction.
• Extensive corporate transactional experience across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of group legal strategy and governance.
• Provide proactive, business-focused legal advice and execution.
• Oversee corporate responses and support to internal stakeholders with external communications.
• Lead and support transactional, reorganisational, and governance initiatives.
• Assist in M&A, investments, and joint ventures globally.
• Draft and review legal documents and assess holistic risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams on legal matters.
• Provide training and guidance to non-legal colleagues on risk management.
