Job summary

Intelex, a Fortive company, seeks a Corporate Controller to lead its global accounting and financial reporting functions. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive close processes, consolidated reporting, and strong internal controls across jurisdictions.

You will oversee AP/AR, GL, and consolidation teams, partner with FP&A and Tax, and strategize resource planning to scale the global accounting operation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in accounting/finance with leadership of multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with global close and multi-entity environments.
• Strong internal controls and SOX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global accounting function and multiple teams.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation.
• Ensure IFRS or US GAAP financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage external audit process and auditor relationships.
• Strengthen internal control environment including SOX.
• Develop departmental plans and align resources with strategy.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal and business leaders.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and control.
