Job summary

Wilson is seeking a VP, Corporate Controller to lead financial reporting, governance, and treasury across the United States, Canada, and Mexico with a remote-first model. You will oversee consolidation of global subsidiaries under US GAAP, drive policy development, and align financial decisions with strategic goals.

The role requires a CPA, 10+ years in accounting/finance, and experience managing remote teams and a global shared services structure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including international operations.
Strong GAAP knowledge and federal/state tax understanding.
Experience leading remote and global shared services teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the company and foreign subsidiaries under US GAAP.
Monitor accuracy of financial data and ensure proper recording of transactions.
Develop and implement financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; coordinate external audits.
Drive cash-flow forecasting and centralized treasury management.
Lead, mentor, and build an international finance team; promote shared services.
Collaborate with operations, legal, and HR to align financial goals.
