Wilson is seeking a VP, Corporate Controller to lead financial reporting, governance, and treasury across the United States, Canada, and Mexico with a remote-first model. You will oversee consolidation of global subsidiaries under US GAAP, drive policy development, and align financial decisions with strategic goals.

The role requires a CPA, 10+ years in accounting/finance, and experience managing remote teams and a global shared services structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including international operations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and federal/state tax understanding.
• Experience leading remote and global shared services teams.
