Balfour & Co. is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting and treasury across a multi-plant, multi-ERP environment in Florida. You will supervise U.S. and Mexico teams, drive the monthly close, and provide financial insight to executives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with CPA, 8+ years in multi-country manufacturing and e-commerce finance, fluency in English and Spanish, and travel. This is an in-office, non-remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CPA license required.
• 8+ years of finance experience in multi-country manufacturing and e-commerce.
• English and Spanish bilingual; travel required.
• MBA is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple units and ERPs.
• Oversee US and Mexico financial reporting and consolidation.
• Direct cash management, banking relationships, and treasury reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, tax, and audits.
