Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Controller to own the global accounting close, external reporting, and internal controls. The role reports to the CFO and leads a team across U.S.

and international operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX. The ideal candidate will translate financial data into strategic insight, drive finance transformation, and partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and operations finance leaders to support growth and stakeholder

Qualifications

• CPA license is required for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership, public company experience.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX/ICFR.
• Experience leading a global close, consolidations, and multi-entity accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting close (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Oversee general ledger, consolidations, journal entry governance, reconciliations.
• Set accounting policies and reporting standards company-wide.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations Finance and execs for reporting insights.
