Job summary

CFS in Lanham, MD invites a strategic Corporate Controller to join finance leadership. The role partners with the CFO to optimize operations, strengthen controls, and drive system enhancements across a growing organization.

The ideal candidate will lead month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics through ERP platforms, champion process improvements, automation, and scalable financial systems to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, audits and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements or system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO on month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and absit preparation.
• Provide financial insights and analytics through ERP.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including SOP development, internal controls and workflow optimization.
• Drive key projects.
• Champion automation, reporting enhancements and scalable financial systems.
