American Orthodontics seeks an experienced finance leader to direct the accounting and finance team for a global business. You will oversee domestic and international general ledger, cost accounting, treasury, and IT-related finance systems, ensuring accurate month-end and year-end reporting.

You will supervise teams across multiple subsidiaries, manage vendor and intercompany processes, monitor cash, and drive process improvements while maintaining internal controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting is required with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS reporting rules, with experience in cost accounting and consolidation.
• Familiarity with MS-D365 and standard office software; ability to manage global accounting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the accounting and finance team across US and international operations.
• Oversee domestic and international general ledger, cost accounting, and treasury management.
• Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end close with accurate reconciliations.
• Monitor tax changes, audits, and intercompany invoicing; supervise reporting packages.
• Lead process improvements and control enhancements to safeguard assets.
