Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations and the financial close process. You will ensure accuracy in reporting, lead month-end and year-end close activities, and supervise bookkeeping and accounts payable staff.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting and general ledger experience.
• Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage company credit card programs across multiple entities with timely reconciliation and policy compliance.
• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
