Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Director, Corporate Communications to shape enterprise-level communications during a transformation phase. The role partners with senior leaders to ensure consistent, transparent messaging across internal and external audiences.

You will drive the corporate narrative, mentor a high-performing team, and manage agency partnerships while aligning with Credo and leadership expectations. This position offers broad visibility and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (required).
• Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
• 12+ years of corporate communications experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global corporate communications strategy to support business objectives and transformation.
• Advise executive leadership on messaging, stakeholder engagement, and reputational risk.
• Oversee internal communications to drive employee engagement and alignment with values.
• Lead external communications, including media relations and thought leadership.
• Manage crisis and issues communications with timely, accurate responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Regulatory, Marketing, and Leaders.
