  • Work with market communications leads to harmonize cluster and global messaging, align publishing schedules, maintain a consistent corporate voice, and coordinate approvals with leadership.
  • Support corporate events and assist with Town Hall production.
Minimum Qualification

  • 10+ years of corporate communications, journalism, or editorial experience, with a strong writing portfolio spanning internal and external channels.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed corporate environment; ideally in a global role; public company or IPO-readiness exposure a plus.
  • Both in-house and agency experience preferred; beauty or fashion industry experience a plus
  • Exceptional writer and editor across formats — C-suite leadership messaging, announcements, press releases, video scripts, social copy, intranet and website content.
  • Able to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging messaging for diverse global employee audiences.
  • Strong editorial judgment and command of AP style, with meticulous proofreading and quality control.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, Legal/Compliance, ESI) and coordinating approvals.
  • Organized project manager able to run multiple high profile, high priority deadlines at once in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Digital fluency across intranet, email, and social platforms; familiarity with video production and content workflows.
