Waters Corporation seeks a Global Travel Card Specialist to support corporate card programs, drive compliance, and deliver analytics. You will train users, manage card issuance and hierarchy, and partner with AP, Finance and card providers to ensure accurate billing and timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in similar programs, strong Excel skills, experience with Concur or SAP, and excellent communication abilities to support global teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5+ years managing corporate card, travel & expense, accounts payable, procurement, or related financial programs.
• Experience with global card providers (e.g., AmEx, Visa, Mastercard, Citi, JPMorgan, HSBC) and corporate payment programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop meaningful reporting/metrics.
• Experience with expense management systems such as Concur, SAP or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with ability to manage escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with employees, leadership, suppliers, and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day administration of the global corporate card program, ensuring issuance, maintenance, updates, cancellations, and hierarchy management per policy.
• Analyze program performance data and spending trends to develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for corporate card inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as SME for the global card program, guiding policies, processes, controls, and best practices.
• Develop, maintain and deliver training and communications for employees on card processes and system functionality.
• Partner with card issuers, AP, Travel & Expense, and Finance to ensure accurate billing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Support governance and compliance activities, including audit requests and documentation maintenance.
