Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a SAP Concur System Administrator to drive the integration of thousands of employees into SAP Concur and transition to ongoing Concur support. The role begins with a project focus on onboarding, data validation, and hypercare during a major system implementation.

Post-integration, it shifts to BAU administration and continuous improvement of the Concur platform. The individual will own user onboarding, data reconciliation, and system configuratons, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience supporting SAP Concur in an operational or system administration capacity.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently manage high-volume tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Integration & Implementation Support: Large-scale user onboarding and data validation for Concur implementation.
• Hypercare & transition: provide Tier 1/2 support during go-live and address frequent user inquiries (login, expense reports, travel booking).
• Phase 2: Ongoing Concur Administration & BAU: system administration, onboarding updates, policy rule clarity, training.
