JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Global Corporate Banking division seeks a Managing Director to lead the Natural Resources Team.

You will develop and manage relationships with large energy companies globally, delivering tailored financing, treasury, risk management, and investment solutions. The role requires deep experience in corporate finance and banking, a track record of leading complex transactions, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration with investment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate banking or investment banking.
• Strong leadership in business development and transaction execution.
• Solid corporate finance, credit, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Knowledge of credit, corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, and related products.
• Completion of a recognized bank credit training or investment banking training program.
• Possess FINRA Series 79, 63 and 24 securities licenses (within three months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate corporate finance, treasury services and credit opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs and deliver concrete financial solutions.
• Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary corporate banking representative.
• Partner with Investment Banking coverage and product partners, coordinating sales and service efforts.
• Collaborate with credit underwriting on analysis, structuring, negotiation and documentation of credit requests.
• Drive account planning for clients and prospects, focusing on credit capital and firm-wide priorities.
• Comply with all regulatory and JMPC rules, policies, and procedures.
