Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize inputs, and communicate data-informed insights.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive-ready materials.
• Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint including polished analyses and presentations.
• Interest in building investment banking product and sector knowledge over time.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into draft plans, timelines, and budget inputs; track progress.
• Coordinate client agendas, maintain cadence for account plans and reviews, and compile inputs and performance metrics.
• Produce recurring reporting and executive-ready narratives for governance and reviews.
• Develop product and business knowledge to analyze datasets, identify trends, and surface takeaways for discussion.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, legal, and finance; document decisions and track deliverables.
