Job summary

Binks, a global manufacturing and distribution company, seeks an hands-on Corporate Business Applications Manager in Minnesota to lead the corporate applications portfolio. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other leaders to translate needs into practical tech solutions, owning ERP/CRM/BI tools and coordinating external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical/business field.
7+ years in business analysis, project management, IT consulting, or application management.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing/distribution environments.
Experience three areas: business analysis, project management, and application ownership.
Hands-on experience with ERP, BI, CRM, financial, automation, or other enterprise apps.
Experience with customer-facing apps and integrations (portals, B2B, EDI, quoting).
Strong understanding of SaaS management, data flows, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and stakeholders to identify improvements.
Translate requirements into technology solutions and streamline data flows.
Lead implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage project scope, budgets, risks, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
Oversee day-to-day app support and external partner coordination.
Act as Product Owner or systems owner for assigned SaaS platforms.
Provide KPIs, status, and vendor performance reporting to IT leadership.
