Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a seasoned IT leader to oversee ERP and enterprise applications across manufacturing and global operations. You will direct teams across multiple locations, shaping the ERP roadmap and ensuring secure, compliant, high-performing systems including SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS.

Lead data governance, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with CPIM and global IT governance to align with business goals and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of ERP or enterprise application platforms experience in a medium to large business environment, preferably SAP and cloud/ hosted apps.
• 5+ years in a management, team leadership, or program leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes, SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC preferred.
• Understanding of application security, access controls, audit requirements in regulated environments.
• Experience managing vendors, service levels, budgets, licensing, and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management for ERP and related teams.
• Own the ERP applications roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Manage data quality, governance, and integration controls across ERP/CRM/QMS.
• Ensure security, access controls, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, budgets, and project delivery.
