Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business/MIS, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, project management, IT consulting, application management, or similar roles.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably across multiple sites or geographies.
Demonstrated experience in business analysis, project management, and application ownership.
Experience with ERP, BI, CRM, financial, automation, or other enterprise business applications.
Hands-on experience with customer-facing applications and integrations, such as portals, B2B e-commerce, CRM/Dynamics 365, EDI, or quoting systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvements.
Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and maximize existing capabilities.
Promote global standardization while balancing regional requirements.
Participate in application roadmaps, architecture reviews, and technology planning.
Collaborate with ERP teams and IT to ensure secure, integrated solutions and data flows.
Lead implementations, upgrades, integrations, and improvement initiatives.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and delivery timelines.
Oversee day-to-day application support and vendor performance reporting.
