Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate actions, operations, or middle office experience in asset management, hedge funds, or prime brokerage.
• Solid understanding of securities and market instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with internal and client relationships.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems; tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track corporate actions from issuers, exchanges, and depositories.
• Interpret event terms and assess impacts across securities and investor types.
• Communicate events and deadlines clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate client instructions with custodians and agents for execution.
• Reconcile outcomes and resolve settlement discrepancies.
