Qualifications

• One to three years of work experience in corporate actions, securities processing, banking or trust operations.
• Basic knowledge of corporate actions, security processing, accounting, balancing and banking.

Responsibilities

• Research voluntary and mandatory corporate action terms.
• Set up client notifications for voluntary corporate actions.
• Review and process voluntary corporate actions based on client elections.
• Research and set up mandatory corporate action events.
• Reconcile cash, shares, and activity between systems and custodians.
• Research and resolve client corporate actions inquiries.
