Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Corporate Actions to own end-to-end lifecycle, including data feeds, processing, and settlements across global markets. You will build scalable systems, manage vendor relationships, and drive operational excellence in a self-clearing broker-dealer environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Compliance, Tax, and Finance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory readiness while expanding capabilities to new markets and asset classes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of brokerage corporate action processing and event types.
• Proven track record in product management within fintech or financial infrastructure.
• Experience translating business needs into engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle, from announcement capture to processing and reconciliation.
• Manage relationships with data providers and establish reliable announcement workflows.
• Design staged automation for mandatory actions and pre-reconciliation.
• Deliver tracking dashboards for processing time, load, and credited amounts.
• Coordinate corporate-action efforts for new international markets and partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data governance across systems.
