Job summary

POSCO International America Corp. (PIAC) in Teaneck, NJ seeks a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.

The role collaborates with internal teams, auditors, and headquarters in Korea, requiring 4–8 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage accounting and credit-related duties independently. Responsibilities include monthly close, intercompany reporting, tax compliance, and support for external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with monthly closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English required, including the ability to prepare business reports in Korean.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accounting and management reports, including reporting materials for headquarters in Korea.
• Manage intercompany and related party transaction reporting.
• Support inventory accounting and reconciliation.
• Maintain customer and vendor information in the SAP system.
• Work with Sales and customers to resolve AR, payment, and credit related issues.
• Manage credit insurance requests, approvals, monitoring, and policy renewals.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and support tax audits and tax related requests.
