Cesna-Recruitment is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for a multinational environment, closely coordinating with internal teams, customers, auditors, credit providers, and headquarters in Korea. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of relevant experience and can independently manage accounting and credit-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with monthly closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Korean and English.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in trading, distribution, manufacturing, chemical, steel, or other international business environments preferred.
• Experience with credit insurance, Letters of Credit, trade finance, inventory accounting, or external audits preferred.
• Experience working with a Korean headquarters multinational company is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform monthly closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accounting and management reports including reporting materials for headquarters in Korea.
• Manage intercompany and related party transaction reporting.
• Support inventory accounting and reconciliation.
• Maintain customer and vendor data in SAP system.
• Work with Sales and customers to resolve AR, payment, and credit issues.
• Manage credit insurance requests, approvals, monitoring, and renewals.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and support tax audits and requests.
• Ensure accounting transactions comply with internal procedures and controls.
• Provide accounting and financial support to Sales, Logistics, and other departments.
• Manage federal and state corporate income tax compliance, including estimated tax payments and tax filings.
• Prepare and coordinate tax provision and tax-related financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and support tax audits and requests.
