Job summary

Intac Solution is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee corporate financial reporting, consolidation, cash flow forecasting, and ICFR across the U.S. subsidiaries. You will partner with HQ in Korea and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely financial governance and robust controls.

The role requires Korean bilingual proficiency, 7+ years of relevant experience, and a strong command of U.S. GAAP and IFRS. This is a full-time, in-person role in Rolling Meadows, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or related certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or corporate finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and footnote packages.
• Coordinate IFRS 18 and U.S. GAAP standard changes and manage audit requests.
• Develop rolling 12-month cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
• Support ICFR design, control testing, and remediation activities.
• Drive process automation across ERP systems and coordinate with subsidiaries and HQ.
