Placements24 seeks a transformative Chief Operations Officer to lead operations for a global technology services client based in Randburg. The role demands a proven track record in managing large-scale operations, strategic planning, and executive leadership to drive efficiency and growth across the organization.

The COO will shape operational strategy, optimize resources, and foster a culture of innovation and performance.

Formación

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA highly preferred).
15+ years of senior operations leadership experience, including COO or equivalent roles.
Proven track record in managing global operations in technology services.

Responsabilidades

Oversee and direct all company operations, including technology, service delivery, customer support, and admin functions.
Develop and implement long-term operational strategy to achieve objectives and market leadership.
Ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability across units.
Lead and develop a high-performing global executive team.
Drive adoption of new technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
Manage P&L responsibility for operational divisions and budgets.
