The role requires leveraging lean principles to optimize workflows and protect profitability while managing IT security and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior operations experience with Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and change-management skills.

• Map workflows for intake, discovery, trial prep, and billing; embed Lean principles to reduce cycle times.
• Maintain dashboards for utilization, realization, and profitability.
• Oversee IT security and vendor contracts.
• Partner with HR Manager on staffing models to prevent burnout and maintain service levels.
