• Build repeatable processes and operating structures to support international growth.
• Drive accountability, governance and cross-functional execution across the organisation.
• Support the launch of new markets, teams and major infrastructure projects.
• Improve decision-making, reporting and operational efficiency as the business scales.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on growth and execution.
• Lead and develop senior functional and regional leaders.
