Job description

My client is seeking a Global Chief Operating Officer to lead company-wide operational execution and support the international scaling of the business.

This is a true enterprise COO role, working closely with the executive team to create structure, accountability and pace across functions, geographies and new market expansion.

The successful candidate will have experience scaling complex organisations and building repeatable operating models across multiple locations.

Data center experience is valuable, but broader mission-critical, infrastructure or high-reliability experience is equally relevant.

This is a role for someone who builds and executes - not simply manages existing processes.

• Build repeatable processes and operating structures to support international growth.
• Drive accountability, governance and cross-functional execution across the organisation.

Experience & Background

• Senior operating leadership experience within a rapidly scaling organisation.
• Proven experience working across multiple countries, business units or locations.
• Track record building company-wide processes, structures and operating models.
• Strong cross-functional leadership rather than experience limited to one specialist function.
• Experience within data centers, infrastructure, power, energy, telecommunications, engineering or another mission-critical environment is highly relevant.
• Commercially sharp, highly organised and comfortable making significant decisions quickly.
• Experience implementing ISO or other structured management systems would be advantageous.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organisation.
