Job summary

Symplicity LLC, a Volaris Group operating company under Constellation Software, seeks a Controller to own the accounting function and close processes across US and international subsidiaries. You will oversee revenue, billing, payroll, and controls, serving as the system owner for NetSuite and guiding the finance team globally.

The role reports to the CFO, ensures accurate financial reporting, and collaborates with FP&A and tax advisors on compliance and treasury matters.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite as the system of record.
• Experience coordinating external audits and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial statements.
• Prepare IFRS reporting and reconcile US GAAP to IFRS differences.
• Oversee global subsidiary accounting and intercompany activity.
• Lead NetSuite configuration and finance tech stack evolution.
