McFadyen Digital is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting for a multi-entity professional services firm with operations across three continents. You will own the monthly close, financial reporting, and core accounting processes for US operations, while supporting global consolidation with India and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GAAP accounting experience with IFRS exposure.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity organization; professional/tech services preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks; NetSuite OpenAir a plus.
• CPA or active CPA candidacy strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own US monthly and annual close and GAAP financial statements.
• Manage cash, AR/AP, and US multi-state payroll; monitor cash flow.
• Support global financial reporting and intercompany consolidation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors on US matters.
• Supervise global accounting staff and improve close controls.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for CEO.
• Oversee intercompany invoicing with India and Brazil.
